Housetraining a rescue

I came across this article while searching info on potty training an adult dog and why we think he is marking inside on everything upright. So far his favorites include the garbage container and the vacuum...good thing they are plastic! But the neutering part makes sense. He was just stripped of his manhood just 13 days ago. So we will be patient, consistent and understand these things take time.
