This morning as I rolled over to check my alarm clock, i roll over onto one of Baylie's recently buried bones under my pillow. I though this was funny considering I just read this article yesterday on why dogs bury bones and read it to Steve because she buries her bones ALL THE TIME. :)

Whenever we leave Maggie a good treat as we head off for work, we find her still holding on to the bone, untouched, when we get home. Then, when we go to let her outside, she has the bone in her mouth, ready to go and bury it. It was like she was saving it in case we never came home. I never let her take it outside, though, because I figure I spent money on that treat, no way is she wasting it to a pile of mud.
